Safety Update
Dear Patients,
We hope your are doing well and healthy. Talk about safety was always and will remain at the forefront, guiding our every decision. We all must stay positive, maintain our strong resolve and perseverance. More than ever we continue to be committed to exceeding your expectations and delivering first-class service in a first class environment.
As always, the health and safety of our patients is an important aspect of our dental procedures. We have instituted treatment processes and enhanced controls that are carefully being followed by our staff. Many of you will have noticed these during your recent visit(s):
• We will only see scheduled patients, please call first
• Staggered hours / extended hours, to reduce number of people in office at one time
• Telephone screening of health status
• Using our parking lot as an extended reception/waiting room
• Masks can be worn while in facility except during treatment
• Health screen and use of hand sanitizer upon entering
• Glass shield at front desk
• Glass doors on all treatment rooms and glass extension of walls to the ceiling
• All patient chart files digitized to paperless charts
• Reduction in aerosol generating procedures and aerosols using additional suction tubes
• Hospital grade negative pressure HEPA filtration system in treatment rooms that scrubs air before recirculating
• Mobile floor HEPA air filters scrubbing the air
• Continuous fresh air exchanger with outside air
• Contactless payment when possible
• Virtual treatment consultation when possible
• Please allow us time for enhanced disinfection between patients
• Please brush your teeth before your appointment
Appointments will continue to be scheduled with these improved safety protocols for the foreseeable future. We ask that if you or your close family are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms to please call or email us to reschedule your appointment. We thank you for your continued understanding as we navigate our future and health together. We are grateful for the opportunity to take care of you
Be well, Be kind, Be safe,
