Cindy

Cindy earned a degree in Biochemistry in 1991 from Brock University. She continued her education to become a Certified Dental Assistant, graduating with honours from St. Clair College in 1993. Enjoying dentistry, Cindy continued in school earning her Registered Dental Hygienist Degree in 1994 with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. Cindy has worked with our office since the early 90’s, taking time off for school to expand her skills including dental hygiene care, research and development, and office management.

Cindy enjoys spending time with her children and family, skiing, biking, swimming, and gardening.

Debi

Debi’s primary role is to act as your concierge to assist you with all of your dental inquiries. Her goal is to allow you to make informed choices for your oral health. Debi will to give you information about the office and any dental treatment that is suggested. Her caring and love of people makes her a treasure to all of our patients!

In her personal life, Debi devotes her attention to her family and their dog Charlie.

Erin

I started coming to see Dr. Pedlar at the age of 4 and have never seen another dentist. I studied Dental Office Administration and graduated from CIMT college, and now have the privilege to work with Drs. Anderson and Pedlar and their amazing team.

When I am not in the office, I like to spend time with my family outdoors. I enjoy taking walks, playing baseball, swimming, and spending time at our family cottage all year round. I look forward to meeting your family and helping them receive the best dental care possible.

Esther

Esther’s soothing personality paves the way to your visit Dental Life. Like a conductor, she orchestrates all the necessary steps from beginning to end in all dental procedures. She demonstrates a sincere desire to ensure that each patient experience the most relaxed dental care; ending the treatment with a warm towel.

Esther spends much of her time with the loves of her life, her children; and her passion for running keeps her energized and healthy.

Katie

Katie joined our team professionally in 2018, although having been a patient since she was four years old. Katie has a degree in hospitality and tourism from the University of Guelph and had a successful ten-year career in that field. In 2017, Katie chose to dive into the dental field and completed her CDA Level I and II. She was presented with the class ambassador award nominated by her peers. Katie enjoys working with people and making them feel comfortable throughout their treatment.

Growing up, Katie was a competitive gymnast and competed for Team Ontario. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and of course her beloved chocolate lab – Harley!

Diane

Diane started her dental career as an assistant with Dental Life. After graduating the hygiene program, she returned to her dental home to start her hygiene career. Her commitment to learning along with her natural care and compassion has created a warm environment for her patients to gain and maintain oral health.

Diane loves spending time with her family and enjoys health and fitness.

Nicole

Nicole earned her Dental Hygiene Advanced Diploma in 2018 from Niagara College. During her time at school, she was a consistent honour student, involved in many volunteer work experiences, and a recipient of the Leadership Award. Nicole is registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association. As a registered dental hygienists, Nicole would like to utilize her skills and knowledge to achieve or maintain her clients optimal oral health.

Outside of work, Nicole likes to spend time with friends and family, try different foods, and travel to experience different cultures.

Amy

Amy graduated with president’s honors from Cambrian College’s Advanced Dental Hygiene program in 2014. She is registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association.

Amy is passionate about providing comfortable and positive dental experiences. She enjoys interacting with patients and educating them on the importance of maintaining a healthy smile.

Prior to her career as a dental hygienist, Amy earned her degree of English Education in 2003 and spent some time teaching in Australia, China, and Korea.

Amy loves spending time with her husband Joel, traveling, golfing, and cheering for the Blue Jays.

Linda

Linda first came into our office as a patient at the age of two. As an employee, she has filled a number of positions over the years, first as Certified Dental Assistant and now as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has working experience in both periodontics and family dentistry.

When she isn’t in the office Linda keeps busy pursuing a wide variety of interests which include fitness, crafts, travel, and along with her husband, cheering on their boys while they play a variety of sports.
